| Budding pop star Misha Bryan brought a touch of the X Factor to St James' - before starting boot camp for the show.
The singer popped in to St James' last Thursday morning and performed one of her own compositions - Dream, Believe, Achieve - in a special assembly. The children were delighted to see Misha after watching her on TV and she talked with them about dreaming, believing and achieving. Some children got up to sing and dance with her and then Misha went on to visit Y5 and Y6 pupils who interviewed her for the books they were making. Misha also visited nursery and reception children and signed lots of autographs.
Actress Tina O'Brian, who has starred in Coronation Street and Waterloo Road, is another former pupil of St James' to have gone on to stardom. I wonder who will be next! |
